Methodology. Activity connects developments documented by The Paper: what changed, who is involved, where it happened and what the evidence supports.
Reported facts and analysis
The Paper provides the original reporting. Activity distinguishes reported facts from its connections and interpretations. A connection does not independently establish causation.
Evidence and limitations
Each report identifies its sources and evidence window. Reports about the same underlying development are grouped. An announcement, an approval and an operating installation are not equivalent outcomes. Selected examples are not a measurement of the entire industry.
